Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for products in original, unworn and unaltered condition, in original packaging up to 30 days from purchase. Funds will be refunded to the original method of payment.


We do not accept returns or allow exchanges, nor do we offer refunds for the following products and services:

  • final sale

  • custom orders, special orders, or any modified products including cut-to-size

  • mattresses, mattress pads, foundations, sleeping pillows, comforters, open packages, lingerie, sleepwear, fabric, monogrammed products, wall to wall carpet, padding, products damaged through normal wear and tear, gift cards, labor fees, installation fees, delivery fees

  • Returns or exchanges without receipt or ability to validate purchase. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges without proof of purchase

Stocked furniture:

  • returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of pick up or delivery and completed within 30 days thereafter

  • upon arrival, the returned product will be inspected:

  • products in original, unworn and unaltered condition will be refunded to the original method of payment or exchanged

  • products that do not meet this standard will not be eligible for refund or exchange

Make a Return

  • To begin a return, go to https://returns.narvar.com/abchome/returns or contact the abc carpet & home customer service team at customerservice@abchome.com, to discuss the item you wish to return. Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

  • You will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of shipping and delivery unless you received a damaged or defective item.

Once we receive your merchandise and confirm it is in the showroom condition with original packaging and tags, we will issue your refund. Please note that exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only; shipping charges are non-refundable. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
