Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for products in original packaging that are in unworn and unaltered condition.

Return Policies

  • For returns made up to 30 days after purchase, we will deliver your refund to the original method of payment.
  • For returns made 31 to 60 days after purchase, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
  • Beyond 61 days after purchase, we no longer accept returns of any type for refund or credit.
  • For international orders, please contact our Online Customer Service team for assistance prior to intiating a return.


  • We do not accept returns or allow exchanges, nor do we offer refunds for the following products and services:
  • Final sale.
  • Custom orders, special orders, or any modified products including cut-to-size.
  • Gift certificates
  • Mattresses, mattress pads, foundations, sleeping pillows, comforters, open packages, lingerie, sleepwear, fabric, monogrammed products, wall-to-wall carpet, padding, products damaged through normal wear and tear, gift cards, labor fees, installation fees, and delivery fees.
  • For returns or exchanges without receipt or ability to validate purchase, we reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges.

Stocked furniture:

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of pick up or delivery and completed within 30 days thereafter.
  • Upon arrival, the returned product will be inspected.
  • Products in original, unworn, and unaltered condition will be refunded to the original method of payment or can be exchanged.
  • Products that do not meet this standard will not be eligible for refund or exchange

Make a Return

  • To begin a return, please contact the abc carpet & home customer service team to discuss the item you wish to return.
  • Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
  • You will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of shipping and delivery. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, we will supply you with a pre-paid shipping label to mail your return

Once we receive your merchandise and confirm it is in the showroom condition with original packaging and tags, we will issue your refund. Please note that exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only; shipping charges are non-refundable. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
