Q: What types of rugs does ABC sell?
ABC carries every type of rug imaginable, in every size and price point. You’ll
find small scatter rugs, runners, room size area rugs and mansion size rugs. If
you can’t find a rug in the size you want ABC can custom make it for you. There
are machine made rugs, handmade Orientals and tribal rugs from every rug
weaving area of the world including China, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Iran and
Pakistan.
Q: Does ABC deliver rugs?
ABC can deliver your rug anywhere in the world. We can deliver your rug the
next day if it’s in stock and you live in Manhattan. If you live in the
tri-state area, your rug can be delivered in 2-3 days. Outside the tri-state
area and anywhere throughout the world your rug can be delivered within 5
business days. In our Delray Beach, Florida store and South Hackensack, New
Jersey store local deliveries can be made the next day.
Q: What is ABC's return policy on rugs?
All in-stock rugs can be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original
sales receipt. The refund will be in the same method as payment, except for
cash. All cash sales will be refunded with a check in the mail. After 7 days
and before 30 days all refunds are issued with a store credit. After 30 days
rugs cannot be returned or exchanged. In our BASEMNT AT 881 BROADWAY and BRONX
WAREHOUSE there might be some rugs stamped final slae.
Q: What type of carpet does ABC sell?
ABC sells every type and style of carpet available today. There are wool, wool
sisals, sisals, berbers, velvets, loops, twists and more to select from. There
are trellis designs, exotic animal prints, florals and geometric patterns to
choose from. No size is too small or too large when it comes to carpeting your
needs at home, work or commercial needs. Our skilled staff and expert
installers will make your carpet purchase problem free.
Q: Where does ABC ship carpet?
ABC can ship your carpet order anywhere in the continental United States.
Unfortunately, ABC can only do installations in the New York tri-state area and
Florida.
Q: Does ABC have a credit card?
Yes, we do. HOW CAN I APPLY FOR ONE? You can apply for an ABC credit card in
person. Simply tell your salesperson you would like to open an ABC credit card
and they will get you an application. It usually takes 10-20 minutes to get
approval on our credit card.
Q: Does ABC have a catalog?
No, ABC does not have a catalog of what we sell. Many of the products,
including rugs are one-of-a-kind items, making it impossible to maintain a
catalog. ABC does advertise in many newspapers and magazines frequently. Those
ads will usually give you a good idea of the types of products available at
ABC.
Q: Does ABC have personal shoppers?
ABC staff is among the most expert and experienced staff in the industry. Many
of our sales associates have Interior design backgrounds and can assist you in

At this time we do not have a catalog. Our website is designed to give an in

Q: Do you ship within the United States and Internationally?
Yes, all merchandise purchased in the store or by phone can be shipped around
the globe. We work closely with an overseas carrier who will prepare a quote
for the shipping costs. Our sales associates are able to assist you with
shipping details for in store purchases. For phone purchases, our personal
shopping service will provide the shipping information at 212.473.3000,

Q: Do you charge sales tax on phone order purchases?
Sales Tax is added only for customers in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and
Florida.
Q: What is ABC's return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with the original
sales receipt and in the original condition. Returns must be made within 10
days for full credit card refund or for refunds for cash and check purchases,
which are refunded by check. Store credit is issued for returns made after 10
days. Jewelry returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Open packages,
special orders, clearance, bedding, sleepwear, fabric and trim are not
returnable. We must be notified about defective or damaged merchandise within 7
days of receipt.
Q: Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
Yes, we offer beautiful gift wrapping in custom designed Indian print boxes
accompanied by custom designed tied died ribbon. Larger gifts are wrapped in
richly colored tissue paper with the custom designed ribbon. All of our gift
wrapping is complimentary.
Q: Do you offer environmentally responsible packaging?
Yes, we use starch based popcorn for our small shipments, which dissolves in
water and can be disposed of in the sink. We also recycle bubble wrap and use
it only when necessary. Additionally, we use furniture blankets rather than
disposal packaging for furniture deliveries. We would be interested in any
suggestions you might have on improving our environmentally responsible
